Check-In

• Upon arrival at Cancun Airport, please exit the airport completely, and you will find a Practice Better sign for your transfer to the hotel.
  • Do not stop at the counters inside, as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport.
  • Please take a look at your individual itinerary for full details on pickup.
  • The company providing transfers is Amstar.
• Check-in time is 3:00 pm (Early check-in was requested for early arrivals, but this is not guaranteed)
  • A hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at check-in time.
  • The unused amount will be returned to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!
• Please note that your all-inclusive package begins with lunch on your arrival date.
• You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room and store your luggage.
• The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.

Checkout

• Check-out is 12 pm.
• Please check out and pay any outstanding balance on your account.
  • Practice Better will be covering all room charges, taxes, and fees.
  • The individuals should cover all additional charges and should not be expensed.
• Please note that your all-inclusive package ends with breakfast on your departure date.
• You will be provided a white check-out card and you MUST keep that to provide the bellman to leave the property.
• Practice Better will be providing group transport to the airport for this departing today.

Tuesday 2/6/2024

• Breakfast on Own prior to today's meetings. Breakfast is offered daily a la carte at La Palapa (a la carte), and buffet style at Naos and Hadar. For those looking for a grab and go style breakfast, Illy's Coffee Corner is open daily. 

• 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM - Practice Better Morning Meeting where we will look back on our 2023 results, provide a year-in-review, and project what’s to come in FY 24. The meeting will be hosted in the Cypress Room. At the conclusion of the meeting, we will be taking a company picture!

• 6:30 - 8:30 PM - Small Group Dinners - if you have signed up for the Practice Better group dinners, your designated restaurant and group will be added to your itinerary two weeks prior to the event. If you have opted out of the group dinners, you are on your own tonight for dinner!
